1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within one week from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard shipping with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support at trinketjoy.in@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assist in resolving the matter promptly.
8. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
